Payment
You may pay securely by credit or debit card through pay pal (you do not need a pay pal account) or you may send me a cheque or postal orders.
Delivery
Items will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. I endeavor to dispatch your chosen pieces within seven working days, but as all my pieces are handmade it may take up to two weeks. I will inform you if this is the case. If you do require something urgently, drop me a line or email before ordering and I will do my up most to accommodate this.
If your parcel is unfortunately damaged in transit please let me know within 24 hours of receiving it and I will request that your damaged goods are returned with all packaging for evidence and I will send you a replacement item. You will not incur any delivery charges if your item has been delivered to you damaged.
Returns
I want to make sure you are happy with your chosen pieces, if you are not, you may return your items within 28 days of receiving your jewellery and you may have a refund or exchange. I do request you contact me prior to returning the item so I know to expect it and ask that all items are returned with all packaging, unworn and in its original state. Please send items well packaged to avoid any damage caused in transit and send recorded and insured. I cannot be held responsible until items has reached me. I will then exchange your item and will require £5.00 for redelivery of your items or refund you excluding delivery charges.
I am unfortunately unable to extend this to earrings due to hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event their is a fault with your jewellery, please get in contact and I will give you the options of repair; full refund (including delivery) or exchange. I will need the piece returned and this will be at my expense.

All my jewellery is designed and handmade by myself, using sterling silver and semi precious stones. Every piece is vigorously checked before I wrap up your treasure for delivery to reach you in perfect condition. I cannot be held responsible for accidental or intentional damage caused by yourself or a third party or by ignoring the care instructions.
All your information will be kept confidential and will not be passed to any third parties. I would like to keep you informed of any items and events but you can opt out of this if you wish.
All payments will be done securely.
If at anytime I am required to release customer information by law you will be fully informed.
